Marta Nakonechny is a Real Estate Broker with Baird & Warner’s Gold Coast office. Born and raised in Chicago’s Ukrainian Village, she’s a first-generation Ukrainian American with deep roots in the city. Marta specializes in Chicago’s West Side neighborhoods, including Ukrainian Village, West Town, Wicker Park, and Bucktown.

A graduate of Ogden International School and DePaul University with a degree in Marketing, Marta has also participated in multiple international study programs that broadened her perspective and strengthened her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Her blend of local expertise and global awareness makes her a confident and adaptable guide through Chicago’s dynamic real estate market.

Outside of real estate, Marta enjoys spending time with her four pomeranians, rollerblading along the lakefront, and immersing herself into Chicago's art and music scene — bringing the same passion for connection and community to her work with every client.
